Aya Saleh is a Lebanese Palestinian Director, she completed her MFA in Theater Directing at UCLA in California. Her work is driven by the interrelationship of social practice, spatiality, and narrative as playable systems to deconstruct Western dramaturgy.
She gives a course titled ‘Spatializing Narrative’ at the Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam.
Her approach stems from a weaving of epistemological grounds, clashing realities, and fictious worlds.
